They'd Rather Be Wheeling

Lee is the chief patent attorney for ArvinMeritor, Inc. an auto components supplier at Troy, Michigan near Detroit. Lee and wife and co-driver Cec live in Bloomfield Township, MI.

Lee is a native of East Texas and has never been able to rid himself of fond childhood memories of sandy (and sometimes very muddy) dirt roads and crooked little cattle trails through the woods. Lee even remembers riding with his father in a mule-drawn wagon down a little traveled dirt road through the heavily wooded bottom lands,splashing through little streams that meandered across the road. Sometimes on Sunday afternoons the family would pile into the '51 Chevy pickup and drive down dirt roads on the other side of the county just to see what was there.

From these memories a trail rider was born.
